Jane Buncle

Jane has a broad commercial practice and appears regularly in large commercial disputes, international arbitrations and regulatory matters. She has advised and appeared in respect of several international and cross-border disputes, including large commercial arbitrations seated in Singapore. Recently, this included acting in a SIAC arbitration in Singapore for Samsung for claims exceeding $1.2billion.

Jane has completed the Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford University where she graduated with distinction and an Oxford Blue. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Edinburgh University where she was awarded the Margaret Balfour Keith Prize in public and administrative law. Prior to coming to the bar, Jane worked in Dispute Resolution Group at the leading international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills.
