Prue has more than 15 years’ experience as a lawyer, providing advice and appearing in a wide range of commercial, public and regulatory disputes. She is qualified and experienced in Australian Law and Hong Kong law. She has appeared in all levels of State and Federal Courts in Australia and in a range of tribunals.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Prue worked at international law firms Linklaters (in Hong Kong) and King & Wood Mallesons (in Australia).
Prue obtained the University Medal in Law at the Australian National University and the Herbert Hart Prize for Jurisprudence for the BCL at Oxford University. She is a member of the Australian Bar Association’s International Committee and holds a range of positions on other professional bodies. She was associate to the Hon. Justice Dyson Heydon of the High Court of Australia.
